Land Development: Our land development consulting activities for a major
international grocery store chain gave its first result in September 1999 by
closing a deal of 4.5 Million Dollars. Negotiaitions are continuing for 2
other projects valued about 30 Million Dollars for the upcoming years.

Hydrocarbon industry: MDA provides marketing and investment consulting in
cooperation with Yazıcı and Polmak corporations.
Other specific projects are:
Gima: Consultancy services for system analysis and design, and computer
systems in general.

TSE: Consultancy services in association with Neville Clarke Company on
Software Quality Security.

Credit Guarantee Fund: Consultancy services regarding office automation and related computer systems.
