MDA is a company founded mainly by two partners, namely Mr. Öztürk, and Dr. Ege. These partners of the company have been working in the computer, communication, and general procurement and contracting fields for nearly 30 years, therefore while working with MDA, every company will be benefiting from their expertise and experience. The addition of Mr. Cengiz Ergin as a partner, expanded significantly the expertise base of the company.

This accumulation of valuable experience in MDA constitutes an assurance for the accomplishment of the services a customer requires. Every opportunity given to MDA will be taken as a challenge to demonstrate MDA's capabilities which have been earned over many years working in these fields. It is MDA's earnest belief that the experience of a company is commensurate with the experience of its personnel. That is why MDA claim that the company is young only in name but mature in experience and vision. MDA confidently stand to prove its capability as well as justify a customer's confidence that he may place in MDA.

1. Mr. Mustafa Öztürk (Chairman of the Board)
He was born in 1946 and graduated from the Middle East Technical University, Department of Electrical Engineering. In 1969.
His first job was at the Hacettepe Foundation Companies where he started to work as an operator of Burroughs 3500 computer providing service bureau until 1980 he worked as a programmer, systems analyst, DP manager and Director of Marketing.
In 1980, he became the General Manager of Teksis, which was engaged in software related activities.
Subsequently, in 1984, he became the President, General manager and CEO of Biltek, which had been representing Data General (DG) since 1978.
In 1992, after 23 years of service, he resigned his positions in order to form his own company :
Before his retirement, in addition to the above given positions, he was in charge in the following companies :
Sispa Corp. President, CEO, General Manager.
Bilpa Corp. President, CEO, General Manager.
Bilbak Corp., Board Member.
Bildes Corp., Board Member.
Bilsigorta, Board Member.
Bilkent Holding, Board Member.
Biltek was the exclusive representative of Data General during 1976-1984, as of 1984, the total sales figure for the entire period in Turkey was around $200.000-300.000. After he assumed responsibility, the objective was formulated to be placement of this company among the top 10 and top 5 companies in Turkey in 3 and 5 years respectively. In 1984, the markets targeted for these efforts were government, education and state enterprises.
These accomplishments are summarized below:
- Installation of main computers and peripheral systems for the Prime Ministry and associated State Ministries, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Public Works, the Ministry of Labor, the Ministry of Cultural Affairs, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Defense (partial) and the Ministry of Natural Resources, a total of 15 ministries.
- Out of total of 29 universities, installation of main computers and peripheral equipment in 7 universities and their parent organization, The Higher Education Council.
- Installation of Computers systems of various capacities in over 100 state enterprises.
This amounted to a sale of $40.000.000.- worth of equipment and involved planning, organization and execution of the entire effort.
During his tenure in these group of companies Mr. Öztürk successfully negotiated and completed numerous Defense Contracts; among them are the Faun Tank Carrier Trucks at the value of 15 Million Dollars, and Air Craft Material Supplies through American Aircraft Materials Corp. at the value of 2.5 Million Dollars.
In view of the fact that both Biltek and Teksis were run by Mr. Öztürk the combined revenues of these two companies during the three years ranked second and third in the country, far exceeding the objective to be among the first 5-10 companies.

2. Prof. Dr.Aral Ege (Member of the Board CEO)
He has a Ph.D. and MSc. Degrees from Syracuse University, and MSc. and BSc. degrees from the Middle East Technical University and has extensive background in hardware and software systems.
His dissertation title was " A Special Purpose Function Architecture for some Relational Algebra Operations".
He worked for the Software Technology Program of MCC as a member of the technical staff. His research area was to design information systems for a software engineering environment. He also worked on prototyping of an object server and design and prototyping of a Lisp-based development environment where he built an object-oriented interface to a relational DBMS (Sun Unify) and implemented Lips bindings to some of the OS services. He also worked on the design of a real time systems design environment.
After 4.5 years at MCC, he joined Raymond T. Yeh's company, ISSI, in 1988. There he worked as a consultant to the Brazilian Government. He was instrumental in the successful negotiation of a 3.5 million contract sponsored by Rome Labs on the design and implementation of the Requirements Engineering Environment. Later on, he became the program manager of that project. At ISSI, Prof. Dr. Ege was also a group leader for the Object Management Subsystem of the Software Development Environment for the Strategic Defense Initiative Software Development System Contract. His responsibilities included the design of a process oriented information model running on a PCTE implementation.
Prof. Dr. Ege, as the manager of internal research and development, was involved in the development of SILK user interface builder and became the product manager. SILK has drawn significant attention from Sun Microsystems, and through his initiative, SILK is in the process of becoming the Sun's Encapsulator (much more powerful than HP encapsulator), which, in turn, will be the backbone of Sun's "HP Softbench" like environment. He was also instrumental in the negotiation of North American implementation of PCTE through ISSI and Sun.
Prof. Dr. Aral Ege, as a member of the executive committee, was instrumental in developing ISSI's strategy which resulted in doubling the size of the company in every 9-10 months during the past three years.
 

3. Mr. Cengiz Ergin
Mr Ergin was born in 1949 and graduated from Middle East Technical University, Department of Industrial Engineering in 1971 and completed Master of Science in 1973.
He started his professional work in NASAŞ ALUMINUM INDUSTRY AND TRADE CO. INC. - GEBZE as an Industrial Engineer reporting to the Planning Manager, preparing monthly operation reports, various Industrial Engineering works (Motion and Time Study, Mateial Flow Optimization etc.) between 1973-1974.

In 1973, he found TODAM ENGINEERING CONSULTING INDUSTRY AND TRADE CO LTD in ANKARA with his friends. The main task of the company was Investment Councel, Preparation of Feasibility Study, obtaining Investment Incentive Certificate, Import and Export Permissions.

In 1977, he joined to MESA MANUFACTURING AND TRADE CO. INC. - ANKARA as Company Manager; reporting to the Board, the organization and accomplishment of all works from the preparation of the Feasibility Study to the production phase of the Tunnel Formwork Technology plant for construction industry till 1981.

Between 1981-1987 he worked as Deputy General Manager in MESA MARKETING CO. INC. - ANKARA reporting to the General Manager, management and coordination of the supply and shipment of all kinds of materials and equipment for the domestic and foreign (Libya) construction sites of Mesa Housing Co. Inc..
In 1987, he became Board Member of MESA TOURISTIC FACILITIES CO. INC. – ANKARA and worked for coordination of the allocation of the building lots and design phases of the turistic facilities of Mesa Housing Co. Inc. at Antalya Belek and Ortaca Sarıgerme.

In December 1987 he joined METİŞ GROUP OF COMPANIES ANKARA and worked as Financial and Administrative Coordinator reporting to Board, coordination of all financial and administrative works till July 1988.

Between 1988 - 2001 he started to work in KAS MARKETING CO. INC. - ANKARA as General Manager and Board Member.
- Reporting to the Board, management and coordination of the supply and shipment of all kinds of materials and equipment for the domestic and abroad (Russia,Turkmenistan,Kazakistan,Libya) construction sites of METİŞ Holding Co. Inc..
- Management and organization of the exportation of every kind of materials and equipment, in addition to the above materails, to Iraq,Russia and other foreign countries.
- Management and organization of marketing of various sorts of technical equipment which Kas Marketing Co.Inc. is the representative in Turkey to domestic market and exportation of them to Iraq.
From 2001 to 2003 he worked as a Consultant on Import Export activities.
In 2003, he joined MDA Corp., as a partner responsible for all domestic and international trade activitie.
